Janice is a licensed insurance broker specializing in cyber risk insurance for SME’s. She has over 2 decades of insurance knowledge and assisting organizations secure the proper insurance coverage for their business. Janice has taken several courses on cyber insurance and cyber risk management along with courses on fundamentals of cyber security. She is a current member of the Cyber Insurance Academy and is currently working on the Certified Cyber Insurance Specialist certification. She has done several presentations on the importance of aligning cyber risk management tools with cyber insurance. Her mission is to educate business owners and their employees about cyber risk management processes along with securing cyber insurance that aligns with their industry.

Alan has over 20 years of experience running an MSP company and protecting businesses through cyber security solutions. Alan’s experience with working with businessowners by auditing and protecting their IT infrastructure provides a great asset to the team at CIM. Alan assists with completing cyber insurance applications, IT audits, consultations on cyber security improvements, and network security services. Renzo holds many certifications A+, N+, MCP, MCSE, Security+, CSSP (SonicWall Security Professional), NSBA (SonicWall Security Administrator), AWS Security Cloud Engineer along with studying Cybersecurity and Forensics at Hodges University. His expertise extends to incident response, risk assessment, penetration testing, vulnerability management, and enabling organizations to withstand and recover from cyber-attacks.
